All rooms available are the same type, a one-bedroom suite measuring 26 sq.m. Each room consists of a bed, closet, workstation, air conditioning, dressing table, TV unit, water heater, and balcony.

Water and electricity are billed separately, while fees for internet, trash, sewer, and common area maintenance are included in the rent and provided free of charge. Use of gas is strictly prohibited.

We are pleased to provide complimentary parking spot for motorcycle & bicycle. However, please note that if you require a parking spot for your car, an additional monthly subscription fee will apply.
